The myPolur client portal is accessible 24/7 which allows you to submit a ticket for any sales, technical support, billing or other inquiry. One of our knowledgeable agents will usually respond within a few hours. We also offer premium phone support at an additional cost for those customers that need to speak to a real live human to address their issue. New sales calls are free.
